P.A. (Full Time)
You will be an approachable middleman for both internal and external people wishing to contact the CEO.
The successful PA must be highly articulate with excellent written and verbal skills and a passion for fashion and styling. This is a hugely varied role that requires the utmost discretion, the ability to deal with celebrities and VIPs on a regular basis, solid organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. There will be plenty of opportunity to evolve the role and make it your own!
As PA you will:
- Answer telephone calls and handle queries
- Read, monitor and respond to business emails
- Liaise with clients
- Maintain CEO’s diary
- Organise meetings
- Attend meetings on your CEO’s behalf
- Run daily errands
- Manage a budget
- Attend events/meetings as your boss's representative
- Manage social mediums
- Typing documents
- Managing styling jobs
- Supervising staff

Previous PA experience/ Fashion background is advantageous but not necessary to apply.
This role is seeking out enthusiastic individuals with a keen interest in fashion to work on the next Sanusi collections, wholesale productions, celebrity events etc.

Strong contacts within the relevant media world, and ideally celebrity and opinion leader circles. These must be direct and not through an agency
Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at one time and work under pressure
Keen attention to detail
Excellent written English and copy writing skills
Good creative and design judgement - 'a good eye'

> Development and maintenance of all PR activity
> Brand protection within all PR communications
> Seeding of brand, corporate and product placement editorial opportunities
> Establishing strong connections for the brand within the media and other influencers
> Creating and developing a celebrity relationships programme, covering grass roots through to top tier celebrities
> Instigating on-going social media and PR led campaigns and competitions to support UK and e-commerce sales
> Creating and implementing a global social media strategy
> Creation and management of corresponding PR and social media planners
> Liaison with all international partners, providing PR materials and guidance for brand and seasonal campaigns.
